FAQ's

Q. How long do you rent for ?

Generally the rental period is for one day, we will deliver the unit before 1pm and collect it before 8pm in the evening.

Q. How much is it?

Our units are available for only €120 euro per day and if you require it for longer we can accommodate provided the unit is not booked the following day by another customer.

Q. When do I need to pay?

At present we only accept cash. Payment in full must be made to our delivery driver when the goods are delivered.

Q. Do you have a minimum order amount?

Yes. There is a minimum order amount of €75.

 

Q. What Areas do you deliver to?

We operate our Bouncy Castles rental / hire in Greystones, Delganey, Bray, Shankill, Killiney, Dalkey, Glenageary, Dun Looghaire, Sandycove, Monkstown, Deansgrange, Sallynoggin, Glasthule, ballybrack, Blackrock, Booterstown, Sandymount, Donnybrook, Clonskeagh, Dundrum, Windy Arbor, Churchtown, Ballinteer, Stillorgan, Rathfarnham, Nutgrove, Sandyford, Kilternan, Stepaside, Cabinteely, Foxrock, Enniskerry, Rathmichael. If your area is not listed give us a call as we might be able to accomodate you.

Q. What do I need to do?
Call us early to avoid disappointment generally about 3 weeks lead time is enough to secure your castle for your special occasion. This is not guaranteed however we will endeavour to accommodate you where possible but ordering well in advance is always recommended.

Also on the day of delivery please make sure you have a clear passage to the area where you would like the castle erected and ensure it is free of stones and other sharp objects. Ensure that an area of 6 feet (2 metres) around the unit is completely clear and finally that there is an electricity socket with in 25 meters of the unit.

Ensure that there is a responsible adult available on the day to supervise the kids on the castle. AE Ireland would like to advise that the person/s or organization hiring this Inflatable equipment will be responsible / liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.
